Historic Preservation Commission <br />Meeting Minutes <br />August 20, 2012 <br />Page 9of 10 <br />Robinson stated this building was released at subcommittee. <br />612 Lincoln <br />Robinson stated there is still a stay on this permit and Commissioner Lewis is providing <br />design assistance. <br />Discussion/Comments onPlanning Department Referrals –None <br />Updates – <br />Reconnaissance Survey RFP/Austin-Niehoff HSA <br />Reconnissance Survey <br />Stewart asked how the selection committee will be handled. <br />Robinson stated that hasn’t been determined yet. <br />Austin Niehoff <br />Stewart asked how the HPC would be involved. <br />Robinson stated the consultant will give periodic updates during the process. <br />Plaque Design <br />Robinson stated staff has requested for a sample of the plaque to be fabricated. Once <br />we receive it we will present it to the HPC. <br />Itemsfrom Staff– <br />Demo permit expiration letter <br />Robinson presented the draft letter. The HPC stated the letter looked fine. <br />Top 10 list <br />Robinson stated he would like the HPC to create a top 10 list of the most endangeredor <br />potentially endangered properties. <br />Stewart stated he recommends the HPC at least provide a wind shield survey of <br />potential structures to include on the top 10 list. This item could be placed on the next <br />agenda. <br />Items from Commission Members – <br />Koertje stated he would not be at the next meeting. <br />Discussion Items for Next Meeting –September 17, 2012 <br />Adjourn <br />
