<br /> <br /> <br /> <br />Discussion of Construction Date <br /> <br />The house at 1036 Walnut is believed to have been constructed in <br />date of 1910 given on the Boulder <br /> <br />The County Assessor card for 1036, which has notations dating fr <br />that the house was forty years old. This estimate was noted to h <br />owner.
