<br />CITY OF lOUISVlllE <br />RESOLUTION NO. 66 <br />SERIES 1995 <br /> <br />A RESOLUTION AMENDING THE 1995 BUDGET BY TRANSFERRING REVENUES <br />AND APPROPRIATIONS TO THE COMBINED CAPITAL FUND, AND FROM REVENUES <br />AND APPROPRIATIONS IN THE GENERAL FUND FOR THE CITY OF lOUISVillE, <br />COLORADO <br /> <br />WHEREAS, there is a need to transfer budgeted and appropriated moneys from the <br />General Fund to the Combined Capital Fund to consistently account for the Residential <br />Use Tax as a Special Revenue item. <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the Residential Use Tax collected by the City has been identified as a Special <br />Revenue item, designated for specific expenditures, and as such should be transferred to <br />the Special Revenue Combined Capital Fund. <br /> <br />NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCil OF THE CITY OF <br />lOUISVillE, COLORADO; <br /> <br />Section 1. That the 1995 General Fund Revenues are hereby decreased by $419,870 <br />from $7,885,090 to $7,465,220 and the 1995 General Fund Appropriations are hereby <br />decreased by $419,870 from $7,885,090 to $7,465,220 as provided in Appendix A, <br />attached hereto and incorporated herein. The amount of $419,870 is hereby transferred <br />to the 1995 Combined Capital Fund Revenues which are hereby increased from <br />$3,774,645 to $4,194,515 and to the 1995 Combined Capital Fund Appropriations which <br />are hereby increased from $3,774,645 to $4,194,515 as provided in Appendix A, attached <br />hereto and incorporated herein. <br /> <br />ADOPTED this 5th day of December, 1995. <br /> <br />----:-- <br />\ -m...
