The types of coverages, subject to the limit on CIRSA's liability as described in Section II, are as described in Section 1. The scope, terms, conditions, and limitations of the coverages are governed by the workers' compensation laws, the applicable excess policies, the CIRSA Bylaws and Intergovernmental Agreement, and other applicable documents. I. 1996 COVERAGES A. Workers' Compensation Coverage B. Employer's Liability Coverage II. CIRSA RETENTION, LOSS FUND, AND AGGREGATE LIMITS For the coverages described in Section I, CIRSA is liable only for payment of the self-insured retentions and only to a total annual aggregate amount for CIRSA members as a whole of the amount of the applicable CIRSA loss fund for the coverage period. There is no aggregate excess coverage over said loss fund. CIRSA's self-insured retention will be $400,000 per claim for the foregoing coverages.
