The scope, terms, conditions, and limitations of the coverages are <br />governed by the workers' compensation laws, the applicable excess policies, the CIRSA Bylaws <br />and Intergovernmental Agreement, and other applicable documents. <br /> <br />I. 1996 COVERAGES <br /> <br />A. Workers' Compensation Coverage <br />B. Employer's Liability Coverage <br /> <br />II. CIRSA RETENTION, LOSS FUND, AND AGGREGATE LIMITS <br /> <br />For the coverages described in Section I, CIRSA is liable only for payment of the self-insured <br />retentions and only to a total annual aggregate amount for CIRSA members as a whole of the <br />amount of the applicable CIRSA loss fund for the coverage period. There is no aggregate excess <br />coverage over said loss fund. <br /> <br />CIRSA's self-insured retention will be $400,000 per claim for the foregoing coverages. <br />Coverages in excess of the foregoing retention (to statutory limits for the workers' compensation <br />coverage, and to $1,OOO,OOO/accident for the employer's liability coverage) are provided by the <br />excess insurers in the applicable excess policies, and are payable only by those excess insurers. <br /> <br />950 South Cherry Street, Suite 800, Denver, Colorado 80222 <br /> <br />(303) 757-5475 (800) 228-7136 FAX (303) 757-8950 <br />
