ORDER <br />THEREFORE, based upon the Licensee's admission of the violations and the provisions <br />of the Stipulation entered into the record, the Authority hereby enters its Order as follows: <br />1. The Hotel/Restaurant License shall be suspended for a period of twenty-eight (28) <br />days. Sixteen (16) days of the suspension will be held in abeyance for one year based upon the <br />following conditions: <br />a. The Licensee have no violations of the Colorado Liquor Code, the Regulations of <br />the Liquor Code (Colorado Code of Regulations, 1 C.C.R. 203-2), or the Louisville Municipal <br />Code provisions related to liquor establishments, for a period of one year from the date this <br />Stipulation is accepted by the Louisville Licensing Authority. <br />b. All current employees, and any newly hired employee within sixty (60) days of the <br />employee's start date, shall complete alcohol service training within sixty (60) days of the <br />Louisville Liquor Authority approval of the terms of this Stipulation. Proof of such employee <br />training shall be provided to the Authority Secretary. This training requirement relates to <br />employees involved in the sale and/or service of alcohol beverages, including all management <br />staff. <br />2. The twelve (12) day suspension is to be served from: <br />-Sept. 30, 2012 at 12:00 a.m. — Oct. 3, 2012 at 11:59 p.m.; <br />- Oct. 7, 2012 at 12:00 a.m. — Oct. 10, 2012 at 11:59 p.m.; <br />- Oct. 15, 2012 at 12:00 a.m. — Oct. 16, 2012 at 11:59 p.m.; <br />- Oct. 22, 2012 at 12:00 a.m. — Oct. 23, 2012 at 11:59 p.m. <br />3.
