BEFORE THE LOCAL LICENSING AUTHORITY, CITY OF LOUISVILLE, <br />COUNTY OF BOULDER, STATE OF COLORADO <br />STIPULATION <br />IN THE MATTER OF: <br />RICHARD N. HAND, LLC, LICENSEE, <br />D/B/A RALPI-tIE'S SPORTS TAVERN <br />585 SOUTH BOULDER ROAD <br />LOUISVILLE, CO 80027 <br />License No. 42-82971-000 <br />THIS STIPULATION, by and between the City of Louisville, Colorado ("City"), <br />represented by Kristin N. Brown, acting as Special Prosecutor, and Richard N. Hand, LLC, d/b/a <br />Ralphie's Sports Tavern ("Licensee"), appearing with legal counsel Adam P. Stapen, is offered <br />for the purpose of stipulating to a disposition of alleged violations of the Louisville Municipal <br />Code, Colorado Liquor Code and Regulations described in the Order to Show Cause and Notice <br />of Hearing issued by the Louisville Licensing Authority, dated August , 2012. <br />1. The Licensee will admit to a violation of C.R.S. 12-47-901(1)(a), "Unlawful <br />Acts," occurring on July 29, 2012. <br />2. The Licensee will admit to a violation of Louisville Municipal Code §9.22.060, <br />"Selling to Certain Persons Prohibited," occurring on July 29, 2012. <br />3. The remaining alleged violation shall be dismissed, to include: <br />-Regulation 47-900.A., Colorado Liquor Code, Colorado Code of Regulations, <br />1 C.C.R. 203-2. <br />4. The Hotel/Restaurant License shall be suspended for a period of twenty-eight (28) <br />days. Sixteen (16) days of the suspension will be held in abeyance for one year based upon the <br />following conditions: <br />a. The Licensee have no violations of the Colorado Liquor Code, the Regulations of <br />the Liquor Code (Colorado Code of Regulations, 1 C.C.R. 203-2), or the Louisville Municipal <br />Code provisions related to liquor establishments, for a period of one year from the date this <br />Stipulation is accepted by the Louisville Licensing Authority. <br />b. All current employees, and any newly hired employee within sixty (60) days of the <br />employee's start date, shall complete alcohol service training within sixty (60) days of the <br />
