Enclave Circle, Louisville, CO, reported on the "Create Our <br /> Future Together Conference", which will provide information to people who either <br /> market to, or wish to provide services to, senior citizens. Topics will include the needs of <br /> senior citizens. <br /> Doug Grinbergs, 530 W. Sycamore Circle, Louisville, CO congratulated the City Council <br /> and Monarch High School for this important civic educational opportunity. He <br /> commented the Web Site for the Comprehensive Plan does not allow general <br /> comments such as on noise levels or on lighting plans. <br /> APPROVAL OF THE CONSENT AGENDA <br /> Mayor Muckle called for changes to the consent agenda and hearing none, moved to <br /> approve the consent agenda, seconded by Council member Yarnell. Award Custodial Service Contract to Porter Industries <br /> COUNCIL INFORMATIONAL COMMENTS ON PERTINENT ITEMS NOT ON THE <br /> AGENDA <br /> Mayor Pro Tem Dalton regretted he would have to leave the meeting early, but voiced <br /> his support for the Diverging Diamond Concept, its financial component and for the <br /> amendment to the City Manager's employment contract <br /> Mayor Muckle thanked Monarch High School for hosting the September 18th City <br /> Council meeting. <br /> CITY MANAGER'S REPORT <br /> City Manager Fleming congratulated Monarch High School Librarian Beatrice Gerrish, <br /> who was awarded the Colorado Librarian of The Year Award, by the Colorado <br /> Associations of Librarians. He noted the Council Communication forms in the meeting <br /> packets now have a slightly different look. The redesigned form provides a more user <br /> friendly format. <br /> REGULAR BUSINESS <br /> PROCLAMATION — CONSTITUTION WEEK <br /> Mayor Muckle read the proclamation, which proclaimed the week of September 17th <br /> through the 23`d as Constitution Week in the City of Louisville. <br />
