Historic Preservation Commission <br />Meeting Minutes <br />August 20, 2012 <br />City Hall <br />749 Main Street <br />7:00 <br />PM <br />Call to Order – Chairperson Peter Stewart called the meeting to order at 7:02 PM. <br />RollCall: <br />Commission Members Present: <br />Aquiles La Grave,Florian Speier,Jessica Fasick,Heather Lewis, Peter <br />Stewartand Kirk Watson <br />Commission Members Absent: <br />Michael Koertje <br />City Representatives: <br />Scott Robinson, Planner I <br />Sean McCartney, Principal Planner <br />Approval of Agenda <br />Stewartmade a motion to approve the agenda as presented and Fasick seconded the <br />motion. Motion approved by voice vote. <br />Approval of Minutes <br />Stewart asked if there were any modificationsto the August 20, 2012 meeting minutes. <br />Speiermade a motion to approve and Fasick seconded the motion. Approval was <br />unanimous. <br />Public Comment <br />None heard <br />Pre-filing Conference – 844 West Spruce Street <br />Robinson gave a presentation regarding the request. He explained the owners are wishing to <br />demolish the structure.
