City of Louisville <br />Open Space Advisory g o1ld <br />Meeting Minutes <br />April 12, 2006 <br />City Hlaii, Council Chambers <br />749 Main Street <br />7:00 PM <br />Call to Order — Vice - Chairperson David Waldman called the meeting to order at <br />7:05 pm. <br />Roll Call was taken and the following members were present: <br />Board Members Present: John Carron, Ted Kowalski, David Waldman, <br />Kate LeMere, Tom Davin'roy <br />Board Members Absent: Michael Gheleta, Bret Harper <br />Staff Members Present: Jeff Moline, Cathy Kron <br />Approval of Agenda — unanimously approved without modification. <br />Approval of Meeting Minutes — Mr. Kowalski moved to approve the March <br />meeting minutes (Ms. LeMere seconding), which were passed unanimously. <br />Public Comments on Items Not on the Agenda — N/A <br />Motions Passed: None. <br />Discussion Items from this Meeting <br />Staff Updates (Jeff Moline) <br />o Regarding Cary Tengler's resignation from the Board: The Board <br />recommends bringing on a replacement for Cary. The Board feels that <br />another member will promote continuity within the OSAB as other <br />members step down and that an additional voice from the community is of <br />value. <br />o Encroachment letters went out to residents around the last week of March. <br />Jeff notes that some residents are now asking for permission to plant trees <br />or shrubs, which City Staff is discussing.
