Open Space Advisory Board
Minutes
DATE
Mr. Moline notes that there has been minimal progress and that we should revisit
the topic at the May meeting.
Coal Creek In- Stream Flow
Mr. Kowalski did not attend but was apprised of the in- stream flow discussion at
the City's Water Committee meeting. The word from Public Works is that to
winterize the re -use pipeline would cost roughly $400,000, and about $20,000
annually to operate. There is hesitation on the part of the City regarding the filing
for an ISF, although Ted is not sure if the City fully understands the process and
what it would mean to the City. OSAB agrees to continue discussions on the
topic internally and with City Staff.
Agenda Items for Next Meeting
1. North End Development Plan.
2. Open Space zoning (pending feedback from City Staff).
3. OSAB has tentatively scheduled a field trip to look at possible connector
trails from Coal Creek to the CTC.
O{djou rn - The meeting was adjourned at 9:00 pm.
0
