• <br />• <br />Louisville Open Space Citizens Advisory Board Meeting <br />7:00 p.m. <br />Monday, July 19, 2004 <br />Louisville Public Library <br />950 Spruce <br />Louisville, CO 80027 <br />Attendance: Bob Muckle, Mike Gheleta, Pat Hornbostel, Gary Mansdorfer, Heidi <br />Ochis, Cary Tengler, Wayne Varra <br />Also in attendance: Jeff Moline <br />Pat Hornbostel called the meeting to order at 7:05 p.m. <br />June 21, 2004 minutes were passed without change, 6 -0. <br />Motions and recommendations made during the July 19th meeting <br />1. Heidi Ochis moved to pass minutes. Gary Mansdorfer seconded. Motion passed <br />6 -0. <br />None. <br />Updates from Board <br />Matters from Public not on the agenda <br />Mr. Matt Jones noted that 6 months had passed since the adoption of the Open Space <br />Management Plan, but that an Open Space ordinance re: trail usage still had not been <br />passed. Mr. Jones also commented that he had been observing the Dutch Creek <br />revegetation process along the water line. He noted that the preferred method is to seed, <br />then apply hydromulch and asked that LOSCAB keep an eye on the project. <br />Updates from Staff <br />1. Jeff Moline noted that City Staff had received from POSEC a meeting agenda for July <br />22, 2004 with an item addressing grassland restoration that pertained to jointly held <br />Louisville and Boulder County and asked LOSCAB board members to consider attending <br />the meeting if possible as 20 acres of the Warembourg property were on the list for 2006. <br />
