Mr. Moline said that Lafayette had held an Open Space Open House to solicit public
comment, but noted that while there were 55 attendees, no issues significant to Louisville
were addressed.
Agenda items
1. Trail Connection on the CTC Property — Mr. Moline discussed a couple of
alignment options for a trail connection from the CTC property to the Coal Creek Trail,
noting the most likely connection would occur just to the east of the riparian area.
Mr. Matt Jones said he felt the preferred alignment should be on the west side of the
riparian area near the Highway 42/95' Street connection.
2. Review Draft of Open Space Rule and Regulations — Mr. Moline presented
LOSCAB a draft for an Open Space Rules and Regulations ordinance. The LOSCAB
made several suggestions for changes and agreed to review a final document at the
August 16, 2004 meeting.
Adjournment
• Meeting adjourned at 8:56 pm.
The next meeting of the Louisville Open Space Citizens Advisory board will be held on
August 16, 2004 at 7:OOpm at the Louisville Public Library.
•
