Pat Hornbostel asked about the status of a gate on Dyer Rd., having noticed a lot of <br />debris on the western end of the Davidson Mesa. Jeff Moline said the City was working <br />with CDOT to acquire funds for the gate as CDOT owns the property: <br />Updates from Staff <br />1. Cindy Lair introduced Kathy Kron as the new Parks project manager. <br />2. Ms. Lair noted that Ohmeda has been unreceptive to inquiries about a purchase of the <br />land adjacent to Davidson Mesa and that the City was now considering other leasing and <br />fencing option. Heidi Ochis said it was her understanding that Ohmeda doesn't own the <br />land, but is leasing from some east coast firm. <br />None. <br />Matters from Public not on the agenda <br />Agenda items <br />1. Lastoka Management Plan — Ms. Sara Melena and Rich Koogman distributed a copy <br />of the Lastoka Open Space Management Plan for this jointly owned property. See <br />Motion #2 above. <br />2. Review of Open Space Rules and Regulations (including Davidson Mesa On -Trail <br />Policy) — Following a staff presentation of current thinking, the Board discussed several <br />options for various trail surfaces and alignments.
