Comprehensive Plan update — Paul Wood, City Planning Director, provided LOSCAB <br />an update on the current status of the Comp Plan and related upcoming meetings and <br />work sessions, including a public hearing in February, 2005. Recommendations are to be <br />delivered to City Council in March or April, 2005. <br />2. Open Space Access request for CTC — Following a discussion, Cary Tengler moved <br />that LOSCAB deny the request made to the City to allow propane truck access across <br />City of Louisville open space. Heidi Ochis seconded. Motion passed 6 -0 with Wayne <br />Varra abstaining. <br />Adjournment <br />Meeting adjourned at 9:45 p.m. <br />Suggested agenda items for the next meeting should include: <br />- Prairie dog removal from the SW corner of McCaslin and South Boulder. <br />- Summary of open space - related projects for 2004 (completed) and 2005 (planned). <br />- Discussion and possible motion re: the disposition of open space area near Hecla Lake. <br />- Review of draft vision for 2005 Comp Plan update. <br />- Request City Council study pedestrian access to Davidson Mesa trailhead at <br />Washington/McCaslin intersection. <br />The next meeting of the Louisville Open Space Citizens Advisory Board will be held on <br />January 10, 2005 at 7:00 p.m. at the Louisville Recreation Center, Paramount Room. <br />• <br />
