• <br />• <br />Louisville Open Space Citizens Advisory Board Meeting <br />7:00 p.m. <br />Monday October 18, 2004 <br />Louisville Recreation Center, Senior Citizen Lounge <br />Louisville, CO 80027 <br />Attendance: Bob Muckle, Patrick Hornbostel, Cary Tengler, Gary Mansdorfer, and John <br />Carron. <br />Also in attendance: Jeff Moline, City of Louisville Staff <br />Bob Muckle called the meeting to order at 7:10 p.m. <br />September minutes passed with no changes. <br />Motions Passed <br />1. Cary Tengler moved to pass September minutes with no changes. John Carron <br />seconded. Motion passed. 5 -0. <br />2. John Carron moved that, re: trail work and construction on the Davison Mesa, the <br />Board state its support for following the proposed trail alignment in the northwest corner <br />of the property, , and for erosion control mechanisms as needed. Pat Hornbostel <br />seconded. Motion passed 5 -0. <br />3. Cary Tengler moved that the Board recommend the establishment of six formal points <br />of public access on the identified alignment (including Dyer Rd., Ohmeda, McCaslin, <br />Davidson Ditch, Skyway Dr. /powerline, and the northwest corner of the southwest <br />parcel), with regulation signs at all points, a natural surface spur trail at the Davidson <br />Ditch, and crusher fine spur trails at all other access points. John Carron seconded. <br />Motion passed 5 -0. <br />Public comment on items not on agenda <br />None. <br />Updates from the Board <br />None. <br />Updates from Staff <br />Jeff Moline gave an update on the following City projects: <br />
