• <br />Louisville Open Space Citizens Advisory Board Meeting <br />7:00 p.m. <br />Monday, September 16, 2002 <br />Louisville Public Library <br />950 Spruce <br />Louisville, CO 80027 <br />Attendance: Matt Jones, Pat Hornbostel, Bob Muckle, Heidi Ochis, Sue Remington, <br />Bill Van Orman, Wayne Varra, Cary Tengler <br />Also in attendance: Cindy Lair, City Staff <br />Matt Jones called the meeting to order at 7:10 p.m. <br />Minutes were passed with no changes. <br />Motions and recommendations made during the August 19, 2002 meeting <br />1. Heidi Ochis moved to pass minutes with revisions. Bob Muckle seconded. <br />Motion passed 7 -0. <br />2. Heidi Ochis moved to allow one day's access for a cement truck on and near the <br />gravel service road on the southeast section of Davidson Mesa providing the <br />homeowner assumes responsibility for any damages and for any necessary clean <br />up required. Additionally, the truck's hopper may not be cleaned or rinsed out <br />until it is completely off open space property. Motion passed 7 -0. <br />Issues from Board not on the agenda <br />Pat Hornbostel commented that on a recent visit to the Davidson Mesa he did not see any <br />prairie dogs in the areas in which they had been relocated last year.. <br />Issues from Staff <br />Cindy Lair handed out copies of a timeline for the planning process for jointly owned <br />properties. <br />Cindy Lair provided an update on the interviewing process and hiring status of the Land <br />Project Manager position. A leading candidate has been identified and will be meeting <br />with staff on 9- 19 -02. Cindy is hoping for a mid - October start date. <br />Cindy Lair brought to the board's attention a meeting called "Our Common Ground" that <br />will be held on Saturday, Sept. 21, 2002, at the. East Boulder Recreation Center. The <br />meeting will address a variety of open space issues. <br />
