• <br />• <br />Cindy Lair mentioned that Boulder County had requested two representatives to sit on a <br />County Trails commission. Mayor Tom Davidson had asked that the two representatives <br />come from city council and from the LOSCAB. The board considered the mayor's <br />request and suggested representatives from city staff might be more appropriate <br />members. <br />Matters from Public not on the agenda <br />Randall Whitaker came before the board seeking permission for a cement truck to have <br />one -time access to the gravel service road on the southeast side of Davidson Mesa. Mr. <br />Whitaker said the truck would be delivering a load of concrete for a backyard <br />construction project at his home in The, Enclave neighborhood. The board approved his <br />request (with conditions) by a vote of 7 -0. <br />Agenda items <br />1. Update on Sign Standards for Open Space parcels. <br />a. Cindy Lair expressed an interest in providing signs other interpretive and <br />educational materials on various open space parcels and has requested <br />additional budget to do so, but said she will wait until the Land Manager <br />position is filled. <br />Adjournment <br />Meeting adjourned at 8:30 p.m. <br />The next meeting of the Louisville Open Space Citizens Advisory board will be held on <br />October 21, 2002 at 7:00 p.m. at the Louisville Public Library. <br />
