Proposed a working meeting to discuss situation and provide direction for possible <br />beautification of Harper Lake. <br />4. Discussed regional tails master planning committee activity and said primary focus <br />would be on transportation and trail connection issues. There will be a public forum on <br />Feb. 12, 2003 from 5:00- 7:OOpm at the Louisville Art Center (near Memory Square <br />Park.) <br />5. Mentioned that she had received a complaint from a city council person re: the locked <br />gate on the west end of the Davidson Mesa off -leash dog area. <br />None. <br />Matters from Public not on the agenda <br />Agenda items <br />1. Chuck Reno presented the proposed options for addressing public access from the <br />Ohmeda Corp. property. Option A (8 strand, high tensile wire fence 2 feet inside the <br />surveyed property line) and Option B (w /permission of Ohmeda, created a trailhead <br />parking area) were discussed. Board voted to support Option B. <br />2. Suggestions for January agenda items include: <br />- Our Common Ground presentation (approx. 30 min.) <br />- Discuss purchase of Lot 2 from Ohmeda <br />- Discuss merits of joint purchases with Boulder County and Lafayette <br />Adjournment <br />Meeting adjourned at 9:55 p.m. <br />The next meeting of the Louisville Open Space Citizens Advisory board will be held on <br />Tuesday, January 21, 2003 at 7:00 p.m. at the Louisville Public Library. <br />• <br />
