He moved to approve the consent agenda, <br /> as amended, seconded by Mayor Pro Tem Dalton. All were in favor. Absent: Council <br /> members Jasiak and Keany. <br /> A. Approval of Bills <br /> B. Approval of September 18, 2012 Meeting Minutes <br /> C. Approve Purchase of Replacement SolarBee for Harper Lake <br /> D. Approval of Appointment to Represent Louisville on the Boulder <br /> County Housing & Human Services Advisory Committee <br /> F. Approve November 26 and 27 as Special Meetings for the Purpose of <br /> Board and Commission Interviews <br /> COUNCIL INFORMATIONAL COMMENTS ON PERTINENT ITEMS NOT ON THE <br /> AGENDA <br /> Council member Sackett noted on Wednesday, October 3`d, the presidential debate is at <br /> 7:00 p.m., and a public meeting is scheduled at City Hall at the same time. He <br /> questioned whether it is wise to conduct a public meeting during the presidential debate. <br /> Deputy City Manager Balser confirmed there is a Highway 42/Gateway meeting <br /> scheduled at 6:00 p.m. in the Council Chamber on Wednesday October 3rd. She <br /> stated other meeting opportunities on the Highway 42/Gateway can be scheduled. <br /> Mayor Muckle noted 1-25, from Santa Fe Drive to Hampden will be closed from 5:00 <br /> p.m. to 10:00 p.m. due to the presidential debate. He noted this year's Louisville ballot <br /> will contain a question relative to the extension of the Open Space Tax. He stated the <br /> last day to register to vote is Monday, October 8th. <br /> CITY MANAGER'S REPORT <br /> Deputy City Manager Balser reported on the following meetings: <br /> • October 3rd - 6:00 pm - Highway 42/Gateway— City Council Chambers <br /> • October 4th - 7:00 pm - Grain Elevator Project - City Council Chambers <br /> • October 29th — 6:30 pm Ward III Meeting — Coal Creek Golf Course Clubhouse <br />
