Regarding developers' responsibility to plant appropriate material and <br />to plant correctly, Chris has authority to inspect the PUD. Mike offered to check <br />with Paul Wood to find out if the Planning Dept would find guidelines for new <br />residential developments useful. <br />XI. Development of HFAB Web Page <br />Chris will email Fred for an update; and also will check with Meredith about how <br />to alter the City Forester's web page to be used by HFAB as well. <br />XII. Horticultural and Forestry Advisory Board Award <br />No report. <br />XIII. City Council Meeting Presentation <br />It was suggested that instead of trying to get on the City Council meeting agenda <br />for a special HFAB presentation, a yearly update on HFAB activities should be <br />given at a Council meeting. <br />XIV. Median reconstruction at Via Appia and Nighthawk Circle <br />Susan will review plant selections, and make recommendations for a few <br />changes in tree and plant choices. <br />XV. The meeting was adjourned at 8:10 PM. <br />
