<br />5. A ratio of two deciduous shrubs to one evergreen shrub should be <br />followed. Additional flower beds shall be added to the landscape plan; <br /> <br />6. The PUD shall be revised to remove references to Boulder County and <br />property address. The actualfoor print qf the building shall be reflected <br />on the PUD; <br /> <br />7. Bike racks shall be installed by the applicant. The number and location to be <br />worked out between staff and applicant; <br /> <br />8. The photometric plan shall be revised to reflect lower lamp fixture wattage, to <br />decrease light intensity on project site and prevent off-site spillage; <br /> <br />9.
