Approval of Minutes <br />The minutes of the previous meeting were unanimously approved as distributed. <br />B. Old Open Business <br />1. None. <br />C. New Business <br />1. Community Park 75% Completion Plan <br />Chris handed Police Department plans to Theresa to bring to meeting instead of <br />Community Park. Group decided that a list of the revised, proposed plant material <br />should be distributed to members by Dept. of Land Management ASAP. We would <br />then have a work session on 11/18 (Thursday) at 6:30PM to review the revised plan <br />and consolidate our plant palette issues if any. Either the Paramount Room or the <br />staff conference room needs to be reserved by Chris for this meeting. Advertising for <br />bids for landscape construction of the park begins December 21 with pre -bid meeting <br />December 28 and recommendation for awards by February 1, 2005: <br />Theresa attended the City Council meeting for the review of the Community Park <br />planning. Apparently, it was a pretty emotional hearing. <br />2. Proposals for promoting the arboretum for events such as tours, weddings, city <br />events. <br />
