Add removal of signs after appropriate time period has elapsed. <br />• Establish pre- existing conditions (such as existing scars on trees, etc.) either by <br />having a walkthrough at beginning of contract or put onus on contractor to notify <br />city of any existing issues <br />lExpiration of Board Members <br />Susan, Judy and Mike have expiring appointments.
