• <br />• <br />• <br />LOUISVILLE HORTICULTURE AND FORESTRY BOARD <br />Work Session Minutes <br />November 18, 2004 <br />Opening: <br />The special meeting of the Horticulture and Forestry Board was called to order at <br />6 "30PM on November 18, 200 in the Louisville Recreation Center's Paramount Room by <br />Susan Spaulding. <br />Present: <br />Susan Spaulding, Chair <br />David Russell <br />Michael Frontczak <br />Judith Turner <br />Terry Cook <br />Theresa Rounds <br />Matt Tepe <br />Ellen Toon <br />Fred Banta, Alternate <br />Chris Lichty, City Forester <br />Guests: <br />Kathy Kron <br />A. Approval of Minutes <br />Not appropriate in a work session. <br />B. Old Open Business <br />At the close of the work session, some on -going projects were brought up because of new <br />information: <br />Historical Museum <br />Bridget Bacon is the new Historical Museum director. They have located an outhouse for <br />the property as the design specified one. A two -holer has also been donated. All <br />concrete work is done, hopefully sleeves have been put in. <br />Arboretum <br />Matt has found a Boy Scout Troop wanting an Eagle Scout project. We need trash <br />receptacles and benches. <br />Median Design <br />Need to be designed with maintenance as a primary factor (minimal, easy). We need to <br />develop our specifications. <br />
