Minutes of HFAB Meeting <br />October 4, 2000 <br />1. Howard called the meeting to order and September minutes were approved. <br />2. Public comments — Jean Morgan said the plantings on McCaslin and South Boulder Road <br />were moved to allow for future growth, thanks for listening to input. <br />3. Brad had a graphic for the entry sign to the Arboretum. Cost is $1200.00 and needs to be <br />completed before the sprinklers are drained so water is available for. engraving. <br />4. Cherry Street median — still waiting for stones, should be here in a couple of weeks. <br />5. 2000 goals of the HFAB reviewed and revised. <br />6. Susan will mail revised bylaws to everyone so they can be discussed at the next meeting. <br />7. Sidewalk clearances west of the Fire Station on Via Appia (pine trees) and Century and <br />Mulberry need attention. <br />8. Master Gardener assistance from the extension requested in a letter, Steve will follow up. <br />9. Steve said there may be some changes to the gateways and other projects due to the <br />budget process that has no new revenues this year. <br />10.
