<br /> <br />I: <br /> <br />Revltialization Commission <br /> <br />Meeting Minutes <br />Apri I 13, 2006 <br />City Hall, Council Chambers <br />749 Main Street <br />7:30 AM <br /> <br />City of Louisville <br /> <br />Call to Order Chairperson Slisk called the meeting to order at 7:30 AM <br /> <br />Roll Call was taken and the following members were present: <br /> <br />Board Members Present: Mayor Sisk, Clair Beckmann, Rob Lathrop, <br />Michael Reis <br /> <br />Staff Members Present: William Simmons, Heather Balser, Paul Wood, <br />Ken Johnstone, Sam Light <br /> <br />Approval of Agenda The aglenda was approved by all members. <br /> <br />Approval of Meeting Minutus The minutes from the March 17,2006 meeting <br />were approved as written. <br /> <br />Public Comments <br />Nothing to report. <br /> <br />Reports of Commission <br />Mayor Sisk informed the LRC that he had a conversation with Michael Deborski <br />and requested that Mr. Deborski seek an ethics opinion regarding his <br />involvement with the Planninlg Commission and his interest in LRC matters that <br />may come before the Planning Commission. Mayor Sisk congratulated Clair <br />Beckmann on her retirement and thanked Ken Johnstone for his years of service <br />to the City as he moves on to another position with the City and County of <br />Denver. Mayor Sisk also spoke about the recent direction from City Council to <br />have the Louisville Housing Authority begin drafting an inclusionary zoning <br />ordinance. <br /> <br />Business Matters of Commission <br />1. Ann Ricker of Leland Consulting Group, Update of Urban Renewal Plan <br />- The Commission discussed the format of the future open house <br />meeting on the Urban Renewal Plan and the relevant information to be <br />provided at the mee1ting.
