Call to Order <br /> – Chairman Tom Davinroy called the meeting to order at 7:00 pm. <br />II. Roll Call <br /> was taken and the following members were present: <br />Board Members Present: Tom Davinroy, Justin McClure, Alison Gorsevski, <br />Helen Moshak, Linda Smith, Mike Schantz, Laura Scott Denton <br />Board Members Absent: Spencer Guthrie <br />Staff Members Present: Ember Brignull and Joe Stevens <br />III. Approval of Agenda <br /> – Mike moved to approve agenda as written. Linda seconded. <br />IV. Approval of Meeting Minutes <br />– Correction: Mike Schantz should be listed as <br />“absent” from the last meeting. <br />Justin moved to approve the minutes from the Sept. 12, 2012 meeting. Linda <br />seconded. Minutes were approved with the one correction. <br />V. Staff Updates <br /> The contractor is nearly done with prairie dog removal at Gateway, near the <br />Police Station, and Aquarius. <br /> The purchase order has been signed for fall weed control. Davidson Mesa, <br />Dutch Creek, Aquarius and Coyote Run are the properties that will be affected. <br /> Another contract will begin soon to control prairie dogs at Davidson Mesa and <br />Daughenbaugh Open Spaces. <br /> <br />
