<br />WHEREAS, the City Council finds that a PUD Development Plan should be approved <br />subject to the following conditions: <br /> <br />1. Perimeter light standards should be utilized in lieu of wall mounted lighting, <br />panicularly, on the nonh and west perimeter; <br /> <br />2. The completion of the extension of Dahlia Street will be required prior to C. o. to <br />provide two accesses to this property should development of lot 3 precede the <br />development of the remainder of Parcel 'H'; <br /> <br />3.
