Louisville City Council Meeting April 17, 2001 Page 7 ownership parcel does include Lots 12, 13, 14, and the south half of Lot 15. He noted that by Ordinance, this is considered as an undividable property because each single lot is only 30 feet wide and is not able to support the RL zoning requirements. He stated that the overall area is 26,000 SF. The applicant has constructed a single-family residence on Lot lA, which is 14,000 SF with the balance of 12,000 SF for Lot 2A. He noted that both lots would meet the RL zoning requirement. Wood stated that the Planning Commission reviewed the application on March 13, 2001 and recommended approval with three conditions. Those conditions have been met in the plat documents submitted for Council review. Sisk called for Applicant presentation. Susan McEachem stated that she had nothing further to add. MOTION: Brown moved that Council approve Resolution No. 26, Series 2001, seconded by Brown. All in favor. CITY ATTORNEY'S REPORT None. CITY ADMINISTRATOR'S REPORT City Administrator Simmons reported that the Town of Superior Board of Trustees would like to meet over dinner with the Louisville City Council to discuss items of mutual interest. Superior has suggested a June 17, 2001 date. Simmons stated that one of the topics for discussion at that meeting will be an update on the McCaslin Interchange Plans. Simmons reported that he spoke at the Chamber of Commerce Luncheon held at the Louisville Recreation Center. He stated that at the luncheon there were several questions relative to the Highway 42/96th Street Connections. Simmons reported that the Highway 42/South Boulder area group consists of two members of City Council, two members of the Planning Commission, and City Staff. Simmons stated that based on the questions asked at the meeting, there will be an evaluation on the course of action. 7
