He noted <br />that by Ordinance, this is considered as an undividable property because each single lot is <br />only 30 feet wide and is not able to support the RL zoning requirements. He stated that <br />the overall area is 26,000 SF. The applicant has constructed a single-family residence on <br />Lot lA, which is 14,000 SF with the balance of 12,000 SF for Lot 2A. He noted that <br />both lots would meet the RL zoning requirement. <br /> <br />Wood stated that the Planning Commission reviewed the application on March 13, 2001 <br />and recommended approval with three conditions. Those conditions have been met in the <br />plat documents submitted for Council review. <br /> <br />Sisk called for Applicant presentation. <br /> <br />Susan McEachem stated that she had nothing further to add. <br /> <br />MOTION: Brown moved that Council approve Resolution No. 26, Series 2001, <br />seconded by Brown. All in favor. <br /> <br />CITY ATTORNEY'S REPORT <br /> <br />None. <br /> <br />CITY ADMINISTRATOR'S REPORT <br /> <br />City Administrator Simmons reported that the Town of Superior Board of Trustees would <br />like to meet over dinner with the Louisville City Council to discuss items of mutual <br />interest. Superior has suggested a June 17, 2001 date. Simmons stated that one of the <br />topics for discussion at that meeting will be an update on the McCaslin Interchange <br />Plans. <br /> <br />Simmons reported that he spoke at the Chamber of Commerce Luncheon held at the <br />Louisville Recreation Center. He stated that at the luncheon there were several questions <br />relative to the Highway 42/96th Street Connections. Simmons reported that the Highway <br />42/South Boulder area group consists of two members of City Council, two members of <br />the Planning Commission, and City Staff. Simmons stated that based on the questions <br />asked at the meeting, there will be an evaluation on the course of action. <br /> <br />7 <br /> <br /> <br />
