Louisville City Council Meeting <br />May 15,2001 <br />Page 7 <br /> <br />City Attomey Light stated that given Mr. Lopez's request for a July 17, 2001 heating <br />date for Resolution No. 27, Series 2001, Council should continue action to the next <br />meeting date to be within the statutory 30-60 period. <br /> <br />Mayer stated that the applicant should be present when the agenda item is discussed. <br />Given the applicant's absence, Mayer stated that he was not prepared to go forward. <br /> <br />Davidson reported that there was an error in the letter submitted by Mr. Lopez, which <br />reports that the City of Louisville is supportive of the IGA amendment. He stated that <br />Louisville has not requested an amendment to the IGA. <br /> <br />MOTION: Mayer moved that Council continue Resolution No. 27, Series 2001, <br />seconded by Sisk. All in favor. <br /> <br /> EXECUTIVE SESSION - ANNUAL EVALUATION OF CITY <br /> ADMINISTRATOR <br /> <br />Davidson called for an Executive Session. <br /> <br />City Clerk Nancy Varra read Section 2.90.050 Public statement, of the Louisville <br />Municipal Code, pertaining to the topics that may be discussed in an Executive Session° <br /> <br />Davidson moved that Council go into Executive Session on a personnel issue for the <br />purpose of discussion of the annual evaluation of the City Administrator with members of <br />the City Council, Mayor and City Attorney, seconded by Brown. All in favor. <br /> <br />Council went into Executive Session at 7:40 p.m. <br /> <br />Davidson reconvened the Council meeting at 8' 10 p.m. <br /> <br />Davidson reported that the discussion held in Executive Session pertained to the City <br />Administrator's annual evaluation and contract renewal. <br /> <br />CITY ADMINISTRATOR'S REPORT <br /> <br />City Administrator Simmons reported that Mr. Lopez appeared while Council was in <br />Executive Session and stated that he will submit a letter to identify when he is available <br />for purposes of setting a public hearing. <br /> <br />Simmons reported on the agenda for the Tuesday, May 22, 2001 Work Session, which <br />include meeting with the Historical Preservation Task Force and the Historical <br /> <br />7 <br /> <br /> <br />
