Hearing none Davidson <br />moved that Council approve the Consent Agenda, seconded by Sisk. All in Favor. <br /> <br />Ae <br /> <br />B. <br />C. <br />D. <br /> <br />Approval of Bills <br />Approval of Minutes (06/05/01) <br />Approval of City Administrator Employment Agreement <br />Approval of a Professional Services Agreement with RTW for North <br />Water Treatment Plant CT Evaluations, Sludge Disposal and Regulatory <br />Impacts <br />Approval of Professional Services Agreement for Dillon Road Box <br />Culvert Repair & Upgrade <br />Appointment to Louisville Local Licensing Authority <br /> <br />None. <br /> <br />PUBLIC COMMENTS ON ITEMS NOT ON THE AGENDA <br /> <br />COUNCIL INFORMATIONAL COMMENTS ON PERTINENT ITEMS NOT ON <br /> THE AGENDA <br /> <br />Brown reported that there has been considerable discussion about the East County Arts <br />Alive Program, and that it is moving forward with a study of the feasibility of an Arts <br />Center. He noted that the Council has given serious attention on how to proceed with the <br />proposal, and that he looks forward to working on this project. <br /> <br />Sisk reported that the Taste of Louisville and the Touch a Truck events were very well <br />attended. He thanked the Louisville Chamber of Commerce and the merchants for the <br />success of the events. <br /> <br />Mayer reported on the grand opening of the South Boulder Road Underpass. He stated <br />that a number of people who actually use the underpass voiced their appreciation to the <br />City. <br /> <br />Councilman Keany arrived at the meeting at 7:09 p.m. <br /> <br />REGULAR BUSINESS <br /> <br /> <br />
