RESOLUTION NO. 43 SERIES 2007 A RESOLUTION APPROVING A. FINAL SUBDIVISION PLAT AND FINAL PLANNED UNIT DEVELOPMENT (PUD) DEVELOPMENT PLAN -LOTS 2 AND 3, BLOCK 4, THE BUSINESS CENTER AT CTC, REPEAT D WHEREAS, there has been submitted to the Louisville City Council, a request for approval of a final subdivision plat aald final planned unit development (PUD) plan to construct a flex building with proposed uses of office, light manufacturing and warehousing with multiple tenants on Lots 2 and 3, Block 4, The; Business Center at CTC, Replat D; and WHEREAS, all materials related to the final subdivision plat and final PUD development plan have been reviewed by City Staff and the Planning Commission and found, to be in compliance with the Louisviille zoning ordinances, subdivision regulations, the Industrial Development Design Standards and Guidelines, related policies and previous approvals; and WHEREAS, after a duly noticed public hearing concerning said final subdivision plat and final PUD development plan on August 9, 2007, where evidence and testimony were entered into the public record, including the staff report dated August 9, 2007, the Planning Commission recommended approval. to the City Council, without conditions. WHEREAS, City Council has reviewed the application, including the recommendation of the Planning Commission and that the application should be approved, without conditions. NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that the City Council of the City of Louisville, Colorado does hereby approve a final subdivision plat and final planned unit development (PUD) plan to construct a flex building with proposed uses of office, light manufacturing and warehousing with multiple tenants on Lots 2 and 3, Block 4, The Business Center at CTC, Replat D.
