SUBJECT: Resolution No. 43, Series 2007, a final Subdivision Plat and final PUD Development <br />Plan -Lots 2 and 3, Bloclc 4, the Business Center at CTC, Replat D. <br />DATE: September 4, 2007 <br />In accordance with the IDDSG, building massing is reduced in scale through variations in color, step <br />backs in the building footprint, and variation in roof forms. The building is proposed to be constructed of <br />tilt-up, site cast, painted, concrete panels. The building panels will be defined architecturally with <br />reveals and will be painted with a base color and an accent color. A store front system will provide two <br />patterns of glazing where panels are recessed. As an architectural baseline, all building entries are to be <br />accented with metal entry roofing elements, pedestrian plaza and associated amenities such as pedestrian <br />furniture, and bike racks. <br />This project, which is under the same ovrmership as the building to the west, will be designed to match <br />the architecture of that existing building. <br />PLANNING COMMISSION ACTION: <br />The Planning Commission held a public hearing on August 9, 2007 and by a vote of 8:0 forwarded a <br />resolution of support, without condition, to the City Council. <br />RECOMMENDATION: <br />If City Council wishes to approve a finz~l Subdivision Plat and final Planned Unit Development (PUD) <br />Development Plan -Lots 2 and 3, Block: 4, the Business Center at CTC, Replat D, without condition, <br />ADOPT A MOTION APPROVING RESOLUTION NO. 43, SERIES 2007. <br />
