The schedule for construction of the second building, if not <br />cantemporaneaus with the first, will be based on favorable real estate market conditions. <br />EXTERIOR LIGHTING: <br />Pale mounted, wall mounted, Ballard and recessed exterior lighting locations and fixture specifications <br />are indicated on Sheet E1. <br />SIGNAGE; <br />The Project proposes 3 dauBle faced exterior lit project identification signs located as indicated an the <br />Site Plan. Monument signs shall be limited to 25 sf per face. Building mounted signage shall <br />conform to the Industrial Development C~esign Standards & Guidelines. <br />FUTURE TENANT FINISH; <br />Parking requirements will be reviewed during the building permit process for individual tenant <br />finishes. No tenant finish permits or certificates of occupancy will be issued if the combined parking <br />of the various uses as required by the IDDSG exceeds the total provided parking an the site. <br />PROPERTY OWNERSHIP ANIJ JOINT' USE AGREEMENTS. <br />Lots 2 and 3 are currently in common ownership. Should this circumstance change in the future, the <br />separate owners of Lats 2 and 3 will execute joint agreements far cooperative use of vehicular <br />access, internal sidewalks and drainage: facilities, <br />
