Expansion to Avista Hospital - 100 Health Park Drive, Lot <br />4, Health Park Subdivision <br /> <br />PUBLIC COMMENTS ON ITEMS NOT ON THE AGENDA <br /> <br />John Sackett, CEO for Avista Hospital, thanked the City Staff for assisting in analyzing a <br />very intricate medical complex expansion. He voiced his deep gratitude to the Staff and <br />the Council. <br /> <br />COUNCIL INFORMATIONAL COMMENTS ON PERTINENT ITEMS NOT ON <br /> THE AGENDA <br /> <br />None. <br /> <br />REGULAR BUSINESS <br /> <br />PROCLAMATION - KLUBERT WAREMBOURG FISHING POND <br /> <br />Davidson read the proclamation honoring and recognizing Klubert Warembourg by <br />naming the new fishing pond the Klubert Warembourg Fishing Pond. He stated that the <br />Warembourg family has helped preserve open space in Louisville. <br /> <br />Chris Warembourg Wecker, accepted the proclamation and voiced her excitement over <br />the honor bestowed on her father. She stated that Louisville like many farming <br />communities, has grown and changed. She stated that the pond symbolizes a connection <br />between the Warembourg family's 50 years in Louisville and the next 50 years of <br />Louisville families. She emphasized that the community will bond for the common <br />experience of fishing, wildlife watching and simply enjoying time together. She voiced <br />her pride in accepting the proclamation on behalf of her father. <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO. 31, SERIES 2001 - A RESOLUTION APPROVING AN <br />AMENDED FINAL PUD DEVELOPMENT PLAN TO MODIFY LOT <br />COVERAGE REQUIREMENTS FOR A PORTION OF THE CEDARWOOD <br />PARK <br /> <br />Davidson called for Staff presentation. <br /> <br />Principal Planner Ken Johnstone reviewed the application for the Amended Final PUD <br />Development initiated by property owners Ian and Barbara Edwards, 615 West <br /> <br /> <br />
