New License Application - Set Boundaries of the Neighborhood and Public <br />Hearing - Suhena Khatun d/b/a Maharaja Cuisine of India - Hotel and <br />Restaurant License - 1132 W. Dillon Road E-1 <br /> <br />Koertje moved the Authority establish the boundaries of the neighborhood as the <br />boundaries of the City of Louisville and set the public hearing for March 28, 2005 at 7:00 <br />PM. Mulvahill seconded. Roll Call Vote: Mulvahill - yes, Koertje - yes, Wilson - yes <br />and Rommelfanger - yes. <br /> <br />F. Revisions to the Authority Bylaws and Rules of Procedure <br /> <br />Attorney Light referred to the material in the packet containing changes in the Rules of <br />Procedure and Authority Bylaws concerning tastings and continuances. The first <br />change involves the Bylaws allowing the Secretary of the Authority to receive all <br />applications and tastings permits. The second change would be allowing the Secretary <br />to grant continuances for good cause shown without bringing it to the Authority as an <br />agenda item. Rules of Procedure changes concern the new Rule 16 - Tastings Permits <br />consistent with the new ordinance concerning tastings in retail liquor stores. <br /> <br />Koertje moved the Authority approve the proposed amendments to the Authority Bylaws <br />and Rules of Procedure. Rommelfanger seconded. Roll Call Vote: Wilson - yes, <br />Mulvahill - yes, Rommelfanger - yes and Koertje - yes. <br /> <br />POLICE DEPARTMENT REPORTS <br /> <br />B. Incident Report - Henry's - 2/6/05 <br /> <br />This incident involved a motor vehicle accident the police were called to where the <br />driver stated she had a drink at Henry's. After discussion, the Authority decided there <br />was no further action to be taken. <br /> <br />C. Incident Report - Outback - 2/3/05 <br /> <br />This incident involved a customer falling in the restaurant. Police were contacted and <br />the individual was transported to the Alcohol Recovery Center.
