<br />Louisville Local Licensing Authority <br />Meeting Date: February 28,2005 <br />Page 7 of 7 <br /> <br />The Authority discussed both matters. After discussion on the first matter, Lipton <br />moved the Authority find there was over-service by the establishment on that matter. <br />Wilson seconded. Roll Call Vote: Mulvahill - no, Koertje - no, Lipton - yes, Wilson - <br />yes and Rommelfanger - no. Motion did not carry. <br /> <br />Mulvahill moved the Authority find there was insufficient evidence has been presented <br />to support the charges stated in the show cause order and that the charges be <br />dismissed relative to the September 28,2004 incident. Koertje seconded. Roll Call <br />Vote: Mulvahill - yes, Koertje - yes, Wilson - yes, Lipton - yes and Rommelfanger- <br />yes. Motion carries. <br /> <br />After discussion on the second matter, Mulvahill moved the Authority find that sufficient <br />evidence has been presented to support the charges stated in the Show Cause Order <br />for the December 11, December 12, 2004 incident and the Authority Attorney be <br />directed to prepare a draft of final findings, conclusions and an order for consideration at <br />the Authority's next meeting to be held on March 28, 2005, and moved to continue the <br />matter until that time. Wilson seconded. Roll Call Vote: Mulvahill - yes, Koertje - yes, <br />Lipton - no, Wilson - yes and Rommelfanger - yes. <br /> <br />POLICE DEPARTMENT REPORT <br /> <br />A. Incident Report - Druids Arms -12/17/04 (continued from last month) <br /> <br />The Authority decided to hold this in abeyance until the next meeting. <br /> <br />AUTHORITY COMMENTS <br /> <br />The Authority commented their hope our new associate member did not give up after <br />this long meeting. <br /> <br />ADJOURNMENT <br /> <br />Mulvahill moved to adjourn @ 10:32 p.m. Koertje seconded the motion.
