Special Events Permit - Tri-City Elk's Lodge #2542 - Club Liquor License - 525 <br />Main St. <br /> <br />Mulvahill called for any changes to the consent agenda. Koertje moved the <br />consent agenda be approved. Rommelfanger seconded. Roll Call Vote: <br />Rommelfanger - yes, Mulvahill - yes, Koertje - yes, Lipton - yes and Wilson - <br />yes. <br /> <br />Authority Business <br /> <br />A question was raised concerning when the Huckleberry received Authority <br />approval of their patio. An exact date was not available, but members <br />remembered the approval had been granted. <br /> <br />Police Department Reports <br /> <br />A. Incident Report - Tri-City Elks Lodge - 4/22/05 <br /> <br />This incident report involved a reported altercation at the lodge and follow-up <br />investigation. It was continued from the last meeting for additional statements <br />from the police report. Authority discussion resulted in no further action being <br />taken. <br /> <br />B. Incident Report - Henry's - 6/26/05 <br /> <br />This involved an officer being on foot patrol in the downtown area hearing a <br />commotion near Henry's Bar and Grill and going to investigate. Lipton moved <br />the Authority order a show cause hearing on this matter. Rommelfanger <br />seconded. Roll Call Vote: Muvlahill- yes, Koertje - yes, Lipton - yes, Wilson- <br />yes and Rommelfanger - yes. Motion carried. Attorney Light stated he would <br />appoint a special prosecutor for the hearing and suggested the hearing be set for <br />the September 26,2005 meeting. The Authority members agreed. <br /> <br />C. Incident Report - King Soopers - 6/26/05 <br /> <br />This incident involved an alleged theft at the grocery store. Discussion by the <br />Authority resulted in no action being taken. <br />
