Wilson moved the <br />consent agenda be approved. Carlson seconded. Roll Call Vote: Rommelfanger <br />- yes, Mulvahill - yes, Koertje - yes, Carlson - yes and Wilson - yes. <br /> <br />Authority Business <br /> <br />A. Show Cause Hearing - Hei Han Enterprises, Inc. d/b/a Henry's Bar & Grill <br />- Tavern License - 935 Pine Street <br /> <br />Vice-Chair Mulvahill noted Special Prosecutor Mark Shapiro was in attendance. <br />Mr. Shapiro commented he had interviewed several people involved in this <br />incident and the one consistent thing he heard was the bartender had not served <br />the persons in question. He reviewed his investigation and concluded with a <br />motion for the charges to be dismissed by the Authority and no further action be <br />taken against the licensee. Mulvahill thanked Mr. Shapiro for his diligence in <br />investigating and for explaining it to the Authority. Mr. Shapiro pointed out he <br />had spoken to the officer in charge of the scene that evening and he was also <br />comfortable with the motion to dismiss. The Authority members asked a few <br />questions of Mr. Shapiro. Koertje moved the Authority approve the motion to <br />dismiss presented by the Special Prosecutor. Mulvahill seconded. Roll Call <br />Vote: Carlson - yes, Rommelfanger - yes, Wilson - yes, Koertje - yes and <br />Mulvahill - yes. Motion carries. <br /> <br />Police Department Reports <br /> <br />Nothing to report. <br /> <br />Secretary's Report <br /> <br />Hanson reported on an email received from the Sales Tax Coordinator <br />concerning failure to pay municipal sales tax by Maharaja Cuisine of India. <br />Attorney Light responded to questions by the Authority concerning how to <br />proceed in this matter. Wilson moved the Authority order a show cause hearing <br />
