Motion <br />carries. <br /> <br />Police Department Reports <br />A. Incident Report - Old Santa Fe Mexican Grille - 11/4/05 <br /> <br />Discussion centered on service of the individual and the comment by the <br />bartender he did not appear intoxicated. Hanson reported the police department <br />was not able to obtain any witness statements and the establishment did cj311 <br />when the party passed out. Authority members concurred there was no action to <br />be taken on this incident. <br /> <br />Secretary's Report <br /> <br />A. December Meeting <br /> <br />Discussion earlier in the meeting resulted in a decision not to hold a December <br />meeting. Hanson mentioned the liquor training held by the Police Department on <br />November 20, 2005. Detective Gordanier had reported to Hanson the <br />attendance was small, but the training was well received and gave the instructors <br />good opportunity to interact with the licensees. Two people attended from <br />Louisville establishments, out of a total of 14 attendees. Hanson stated Tiffanie <br />Bleau, attorney for the Authority has left Light, Harrington and Dawes and sent <br />her regards to the Authority. <br /> <br />Authority Attorney's Report <br /> <br />Attorney Light also noted Ms. Bleau's departure from his firm and passed along <br />her best wishes to the Authority and her expression of how much she enjoyed <br />working with the Authority. <br /> <br />Authority Comment <br /> <br />Questions were raised concerning the Liquor Authority training being held in <br />Northglenn and about the Open Government, Ethics, Open Records training now <br />required by the charter amendment. Attorney Light commented the Open <br />Government training is not scheduled yet, but soon will be. A question was also <br />raised concerning interviewing for positions on the Authority for expiring terms. <br /> <br />Adjournment - Lipton moved to adjourn at 7:31 p.m. Wilson seconded. All <br />members were in favor.
