Shestated this structure had been <br />previously reviewed by HPC and released. Unfortunately the permit had expired before <br />she could act on the demolition permit. <br />Stewart stated he was on the subcommittee and believed the building had a good form <br />and good architectural integrity. He reiterated about the preservation incentives <br />available for this property. He asked the owner about the shed on the side of the <br />house. <br />Raudenbush stated the shed will most likely be repurposed. <br />Stewart asked staff if the shed was non-conforming. <br />Robinsonstated it more than likely is. <br />Stewart stated if the shed remains in place it does not have to conform. <br />Lewis stated the owner might want to have a soil boring on the property. <br />Raudenbush stated she intends to. <br />Stewart reminded the applicant of the deadlines of the demolition permit and the <br />building permit. <br />Public Hearing –Demolition Request –520 Grant <br />Robinson stated due to lack of a quorum there cannot be a public hearing on this item. <br />Stewart stated he needed to recues himself from any discussion due to his involvement <br />on this project. <br />Koertje stated this shows how important it is to attend our meetings. <br />Robinson read from the Louisville Municipal Code regarding the 60 day public hearing <br />requirement for demolition permits. <br />Stewart asked staff to give an outline of the elements needed to get an application to a <br />public hearing, including the timeline for a social history, public notice, etc. <br />Discussion –Loans from the HPF <br />
