Historic Preservation Commission <br />Meeting Minutes <br />December 17, 2012 <br />City Hall <br />749 Main Street <br />7:00 <br />PM <br />Call to Order – Chairperson Peter Stewart called the meeting to order at 7:02 PM. <br />Roll Call: <br />Commission Members Present: <br />Mike Koertje,Heather Lewis, Peter Stewart, Jessica Fasick, Kirk Watson, <br />Aquiles La Grave <br />Commission Members Absent: <br />None <br />City Representatives: <br />Scott Robinson, Planner I <br />Approval of Agenda <br />Lewismade a motion to approve the agenda as presented and Koertjeseconded the <br />motion. Motion approved by voice vote. <br />Approval of Minutes <br />Stewart recommended they look at both the October 15, 2012 and the November 19, <br />2012 minutes together. Koertje had minor modifications to both sets of minutes. <br />Koertje made a motion to approve as amended. Lewis seconded the motion. The <br />minutes were approved by voice vote. <br />Public Comment <br />Jean Morgan stated she wants to put storm windows on her house and was inquiring to <br />the board if they had any recommendations on who might do that. She stated she knew <br />of a demo in progress north of Hutchinson down by the school. She added this house is <br />available for removal if anyone is interested. She asked the HPC if there was any <br />advancement on notifying the public about the potential relocation of these structures. <br />She then discussed bonus incentives for anyone who might be interested in developing <br />on or around the cabins site.
