He gave a few suggestions. <br />Watson also gave a few suggestions of references. <br />La Grave gave a recommendation for a vendor in Boulder. <br />Lewis recommended to Planning Staff should discuss the potential for relocation of a <br />soon to be demolished property to the owner of the house at the time the demolition <br />permit is released. <br />Stewart mentioned his appreciation to Morganand Staff for continually raising <br />awareness about the cabins. He recommended the HPC could nominate the structures <br />for landmarking. <br />Lewis asked Morgan who came up with the idea for the development incentives. <br />Morgan stated Mayor Muckle was the one who recommended the incentives. <br />Stewart stated this lot is an odd shaped lot and might create some development issues. <br />He recommended the HPC should discuss this item further and bring it back at a later <br />date. <br />Koertje recommended staff should look into this andbring back some suggestions. <br />Lewis recommended that staff should do some preliminary site work to determine what <br />types of incentives might exist. <br />Pre-filing Conference – None <br />Public Hearing – Landmark Application – 1013 Jefferson Avenue <br />Robinson presentedstaff’s report. He stated this structure has a strong social history <br />and has retained its architectural form. He commented this structure was included in a <br />1909 postcard and shared the image with the HPC. Staff recommends approval of the <br />application. <br />The applicant, Green,had no further comments. <br />Lewis stated the porch is not original to the house, based on the image on the postcard. <br />She then inquired if the building ever was brick.She was interested to find out what the <br />stucco was covering. <br />Green answered the building was never brick. <br />Stewart stated he believed the stucco had its own significance, but the owner could <br />consider bringing the structure back to the wood siding if they so desire. He then added <br />the social history was compelling. <br />
