City Council Finance Committee <br />Meeting Minutes <br />12/17/12 <br />Page 3 of 3 <br />The Finance Director presented the cash and investment distribution reports as <br />of November 30, 2012. <br />The corresponding narrative can be located in the packet of the December 17, <br />2012 Finance Committee Meeting. <br />LIST OF BILLS <br />The Committee was provided a List of Bills scheduled for approval at the <br />December 18, 2012 Council Meeting. <br />Council member Keany requested additional information on the following <br />invoices: <br />Facebook.com $ 25.00 <br />Facebook.com $ 21.42 <br />Facebook.com $ 3.00 <br />Wayfair $239.99 <br />Council member Sackett requested the Mayor be given a City purchase card to <br />cover his expenses when attending City-related functions, meetings and events. <br />The Finance Committee agreed and directed staff to issue the Mayor a purchase <br />card. The Finance Director also informed the Mayor that he is entitled to <br />reimbursement of mileage incurred in his official duties when using his personal <br />vehicle. <br />DISCUSSION ITEMS FOR THE NEXT MEETING & MEETING SCHEDULE <br />The next Finance Committee Meeting is scheduled for Tuesday, January 22, <br />2013 at 6:00 p.m. Discussion items currently scheduled for a future meeting are: <br /> Sales Tax Reports for the Period Ended November 30, 2012. <br /> Cash and Investment Report as of December 31, 2012. <br /> List of Bills <br />ADJOURN <br />The meeting was adjourned at 8:20 a.m. <br />4 <br />
