Motion passed by <br />unanimous voice vote. <br />Public Comments <br />: Items not on the Agenda <br />None heard. <br />Regular Business – Continuance <br /> <br />638 Taylor Ave., Bountiful Building – A request for a final planned unit <br /> <br />development (PUD) to allow a 12,354 SF building to be built with the <br />proposed uses as follows: light industrial flex space building <br />(warehouse, research and development, office, light manufacturing and <br />showroom). <br /> <br /> Applicant, Owner and Representative: Charles Ogsbury and Deepika Avanti <br /> <br /> Case Manager: Sean McCartney, Principal Planner <br />Due to a Daily Camera publication error, staff is required to request a continuance. <br />The error was discussed with the applicant and based on the discussion, the public <br />hearing dates will be held on: Planning Commission, Thursday, July 14, 2012 and City <br />Council, Tuesday, July 17, 2012. Staff requests a motion and approval to continue this <br />item to the July 14, 2012 Planning Commission meeting. <br />McCartney discussed the request for the continuance. <br />Pritchard moved and Brauneis seconded a motion to continue 638 Taylor Ave., the <br />Bountiful Building to the July 14, 2012 meeting. <br />Motion passed by unanimous voice vote. <br />Regular Business – <br /> Resolution No. 12, Series 2012 <br /> – 817 Main Street – A request to <br /> <br />amend a previously approved planned unit development (PUD) plan for <br />817 Main Street, Rex Restaurant, to allow three (3) 48” x 48” windows <br />to be installed on the second story along the north wall of the building <br />facing the adjacent parking lot. <br /> <br /> Applicant, Owner and Representative: BLT Enterprises, LLC (Jacque …) <br /> <br /> Case Manager: Gavin McMillan, Planner III <br />Public Notice Certification: <br />Published in the Daily Camera on May 27, 2012. Posted in City Hall, Public Library, <br />Recreation Center and the Courts and Police Building and mailed to surrounding <br />property owners on May 25, 2012. <br />Conflict of Interest: <br />None heard. <br />Staff Report of Facts and Issues: <br />McMillan reviewed the request with the following discussion points: <br />Original PUD was approved in 2011 with a sign on the north facing wall. <br /> <br /> <br />The request is to replace the original sign with three (3) windows. <br /> <br /> <br />The three (3) windows each measure 48” x 48” and do not open and will be <br /> <br /> <br />the fire rating requested by the Fire District. <br />The purpose of the windows is to provide natural light to the interior section of <br /> <br /> <br />nd <br />the 2 floor. <br /> <br />
