Public Street Standards – Proposed street widths and ROW standards <br />are narrower than current City standards: <br />a. ROW width of the public local streets (Steel and Luke) is requested <br />to be 46½ feet. ROW width for the private local street (Kalel) is 50 <br />feet. <br />b. A parkway (tree lawn) established for each alternative roadway <br />design within the development. <br /> <br />
