Planning Commission <br />Meeting Minutes <br />June 14, 2012 <br />Page 9 of 10 <br /> <br />Roll Call Vote: <br />Brauneis moved and Pritchard seconded a motion to approve Resolution No. 13, <br />Series 2012 with the following wording change to Condition #1: “Retaining wall <br />numbers 4, 5, 6 and 8 shall provide a colored concrete or alternative stone material <br />which will be approved by staff at time of construction. Continued from the June 14, 2012 meeting. <br /> <br /> Applicant, Owner and Representative: Charles Ogsbury and Deepika Avanti <br /> <br /> Case Manager: Sean McCartney, Principal Planner <br /> <br />Kline Annexation & Initial Zoning – A request to annex a parcel of land, <br /> <br />approximately 10,468 SF in area, located at 631 Johnson Street, into <br />the City of Louisville. The requested zoning is residential low density <br />(RL). <br /> <br /> Applicant and Representative: DAJ Design, Inc.
