Historic Preservation Commission <br />Meeting Minutes <br />January 14, 2013 <br />Page 8 of 9 <br />La Grave stated his appreciation of Watson’s comments and stated having the historical <br />component could make the project very interesting. <br />Watson stated the HPC’s interest will be upheld regardless of the structure being <br />landmarked or not. <br />Stewart reminded the HPC a certificate of appropriateness and PUD would be reviewed <br />concurrently. <br />Items from Staff– <br />Identify posting locations <br />Robinson asked for a motion to approve these locations. <br />Stewart made a motion. She stated this might <br />be a good chance to relocate a historic building on this location. <br />Stewart commented on City Council determinations regarding landmarks, specifically <br />how 1036 Walnut was discussed at the last City Council meeting.
