La Grave announced his interest to be vice chair. Koertje stated he wasn’t interested to run for either. He then asked Watson if he were interested in either position. Watson stated he might be interested in vice chair. Koertje stated his appreciation of Stewart being chairperson for the past year and believes he should remain in that position. He nominated Stewart for chairperson. Watson stated his interest in being vice chair. La Grave stated his interest in being vice chair. Watson conceded his interest and made a motion for Stewart to be chairperson and La Grave to be vice chairperson. Motion carried by voice vote. Update on Demolition Requests – None Discussion/Comments on Planning Department Referrals – None Updates – Reconnaissance Survey RFP/Austin-Niehoff HSA Reconnissance Survey Robinson stated the project is underway. Austin Niehoff Robinson stated the project is moving along. Jefferson Place Robinson stated the project is moving along. Grain Elevator Robinson stated City Council decided to continue the landmark application until March. Stewart thanked staff for all of their hard work. He recommended we might want to have a follow up discussion with Council at the study session. Watson stated the crux of this project, for a developer, is the time frame involved in historical review.
