He also stated a condition of approval would be added regarding the comment from Jasiak. Stewart stated he had no questions. He also complemented staff on the excellent report. Public Present in Opposition of Application: None heard. Public Present in Favor of Application: Shane Cotner, 402 W. Sycamore Ct. stated his support of the request. He also encouraged the approval of other variances that might come in because the changes could make the homes more desirable for owner occupancy instead of so many rentals in the area. Staff and Applicant Closing Comments: McMillan requested the two (2) letters be entered into record. Ewy moved and Stuart seconded a motion to ter the leers into public records. Motion passed by voice vote. Public Hearing Closed / Board Discussion: Jasiak closed the public hearing. Brassem supports the project. Stuart stated he supports the project as presented by st ff. Jasiak requested an amendment to the request to allow an increase of 1% in the footprint as long as consistent with the original design plan. The submittal deadline for an application to be heard at the January hearing is Friday, December 21, 2012. The board will be notified via email as to the status of a meeting on January 4, 2013. If an application is received the meeting packets would be distributed on Friday, January 11, 2013.
